eleele의 주얼리는 silver925를 주재료로 한 핸드 크라프트 주얼리 브랜드입니다. 주문과 동시에 제작이 진행되는 오더메이드 제작 시스템으로, 주문 이후 제작이 시작된 상태에는 변심에 의한 구매 취소 및 환불이 어려울 수 있습니다. 핸드크라프트 과정에서 작은 기포나 스크래치 등이 발생할 수 있으며 사진과 완벽히 동일하지 않을 수 있으니 이 점 동의하시어 구매 부탁드립니다.

CARE 

실버의 특성상 시간이 경과함에 따라 자연스러운 생활 스크래치가 발생할 수 있습니다. 공기, 습기에 자주 노출되어 표면에 변색이 발생할 수 있으니 모든 주얼리는 착용 후 항상 부드러운 천으로 닦아 지퍼백과 같은 밀폐 상태로 보관하시기를 추천드립니다. 변색이 일어났을 경우, 실버 클리너 용액 혹은 주얼리 전용 천으로 관리 가능합니다. 

실버는 매우 무른 성질을 가지고 있기 때문에 외부 충격으로인해 끊어지거나 휘어질 수 있으니 사용에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

AFTER SERVICE

구매 직 후 받아보신 제품의 하자 및 문제가 있는 경우 수령 후 24시간 내로 자사 홈페이지 Q&A게시판을 통해 문의 남겨주세요.

사용자의 체질에 따라 알레르기가 발생할 수 있으며, 이는 반품 사유가 되지 않습니다.

무상 A/S기간은 구매일 기준 6개월입니다. 부속품 교체, 체인 교체 등 제품의 파손이나 부속품의 분실로 인한 A/S는 제품의 상태에 따라 추가비용이 부과됩니다. (왕복 배송비 고객 부담)

추후 A/S요청의 경우, 자사 홈페이지 Q&A게시판을 통해 문의 남겨주세요.

재도금의 경우, 구매 후 경과 기간에 상관없이 왕복배송비와 재도금비용을 부담하시면 진행해드립니다.

변색되거나 광택이 사라진 경우 왕복 배송비를 부담하시면 세척 및 광택 서비스를 제공해드립니다.

eleele is a handmade jewelry brand that uses silver925 as its main raw material. We have a made-to-order system. Once an order has been placed there will be no cancellations or refunds.

Fine air bubbles and/ or scratches may occur during the manufacturing process ( it is completely normal) and may not match exactly with the photo shown on the website.

CARE

Silver925 will tarnish over time but can be cleaned using a silver polishing cloth. Please store in an airtight and dark place to reduce tarnish and avoid contact with chemicals/hairspray/perfume. 

Silver is a relatively soft metal and can be broken or bent by external impact, so please be careful when using it.

AFTER SERVICE

If there is a defect or problem with the product you received, please leave an inquiry through the Q&A bulletin board on the homepage within 24 hours after delivery.

Allergies may occur depending on the user's constitution, which is not a reason for a refund.

The free A/S guarantee is 6 months from the date of purchase. A/S due to product damage or loss of accessories, such as accessory replacement or chain replacement, will be charged separately depending on the product's condition. (customers will be charged for shipping and handling)

In the case of re-plating, we provide the re-plating service at the cost of round-trip shipping and re-plating.

In case of discoloration or loss of gloss, we provide cleaning and polishing services only at the shipping and handling charges.
